Fresh turmeric tropical smoothie bowl is quick and easy to whip up. This smoothie is completely dairy-free with simple ingredients. A healthy breakfast recipe. Here is a great way to include all the goodness from immune boosting fresh turmeric roots.

Equipment

  • High speed blender

Ingredients

  • Frozen pineapple – 1 ½ cup
  • Frozen banana – 1 cup
  • Almonds or badam – 20 nos (blanched & deskinned)
  • Chia seeds – 1 tbsp
  • Fresh turmeric root (grated) – 1 tsp
  • Black pepper – 1 tsp
  • Coconut milk – ½ cup
  • Add water if required to adjust consistency
  • For toppings:
  • Freshly chopped fruits like pineapple banana, and some almonds for crunchiness.

Instructions

  • Take a high speed blender, add all the ingredients and process it until the mixture becomes smooth.
  • Adjust the taste and flavors as per preference. For example, if you want it to be more thick in consistency, add less of coconut milk. Other way if you want it to be thin, add more coconut milk or a spoon of water.
  • Pour in bowls and top it with freshly chopped fruits. Serve this healthy bowl of fresh turmeric tropical smoothie and enjoy!!!
