The best easy tropical fruit popsicles

Homemade creamy tropical fruits popsicles is easy recipe with just 5 wholesome ingredients. A healthy dessert to beat the summer heat. This is sugar free recipe with nutty flavour of almond on every bite of popsicle. It just takes 5 minutes to blend them together, pour and freeze.

Ingredients

  • Mango pieces – ¾ cup (frozen)
  • Pineapple pieces – ½ cup (frozen)
  • Banana pieces – ½ cup (frozen)
  • Almond paste – ½ cup (unsweetened)
  • Jaggery (Liquid) – ¼ cup (as per taste)
  • Coconut milk – ½ cup

Instructions

  • Make a smooth puree of frozen tropical fruit pieces - mango, pineapple and banana along with almond paste, liquid jaggery and coconut milk.
  • Make the paste without adding any water.
  • Pour this mixture into popsicle moulds. Insert the pop sticks into popsicle moulds and freeze for 8 to 10 hours or overnight.
  • To remove the popsicles from moulds, can be done in two ways. Dip the bottom of frozen moulds in lukewarm water for about 10 to 15 seconds or hold the bottoms of moulds outer surface under running water for 10 to 20 seconds. This is just enough for the popsicles to pop out.

Notes

Adjust sweetness as per taste
Do not add water while blending the fruit mixture.
