sweet corn soup for blog

This soup is aromatic and easy to prepare. It’s made spicy with black pepper and flavors of cinnamon, sweet corn at every sip of soup. It’s very soothing during winter season. Just prepare, sip and relish….

Here is the simple recipe

Serves: 3 nos

 Ingredients:

Sweet corn -1/2 cup

Beans finely chopped -1/2 cup

Carrot finely chopped -1/2 cup

Cinnamon stick -1 no

Bay leaf -1 no

Salt to taste

Black pepper as per taste

Corn flour -2 tsp dissolved in 1 tsp water

Butter -1 tsp

Method:

  1. Sweet corn is pressure cooked for 4-5 whistles. After it cools grind into fine paste.
  2. Take a pan, add butter, add bay leaf, cinnamon stick, saute well. Add the ground paste, saute well.
  3. Add all the veggies, salt, pepper powder, water, corn flour paste.
  4. Boil well until it thickens. Serve hot.
