Here is the simple recipe
Preparation time: 10 mins
Cooking time: 10 mins
Serves: 3 nos
Sweet corn -1/2 cup
Beans finely chopped -1/2 cup
Carrot finely chopped -1/2 cup
Cinnamon stick -1 no
Bay leaf -1 no
Salt to taste
Black pepper as per taste
Corn flour -2 tsp dissolved in 1 tsp water
Butter -1 tsp
- Sweet corn is pressure cooked for 4-5 whistles. After it cools grind into fine paste.
- Take a pan, add butter, add bay leaf, cinnamon stick, saute well. Add the ground paste, saute well.
- Add all the veggies, salt, pepper powder, water, corn flour paste.
- Boil well until it thickens. Serve hot.
